Antivirus menu not accessible from device

If your antivirus menu is grayed out and not selectable, it could be due to a number of reasons.

   
• Antivirus is disabled: In order to activate A/V, please reset your device to default.
   
• Antivirus is updating: The A/V is downloading the latest updates and will be available after the update is completed.
