When I plug in my Kanguru BioAES the CD-ROM partition appears in My Computer, but when I click on it I receive a "Please Insert Disk" error.
Try running the BioUpdate tool. You can download the update tool from the Kanguru Solutions website: click here
Download the Flash Update tool. Unzip the file and copy the contents to your desktop. Open the Readme file included and follow the directions to update your Kanguru BioAES drive.
Note: This update will format your drive and erase any data stored on the drive.
