KanguruMicro Drive AES "Error Code -100" Error Message

KanguruMicro Drive AES is giving me a "Error Code -100" error message.

Please download and run the Key Check Tool with your drive plugged in.

If there are two programs listed for "Programs" then format your drive, re-install KanguruLock. You can download KanguruLock here.

If there is only 1 program listed under "Software" then there may be something wrong with your drive. Please contact Kanguru Technical Support 508-376-4245.
