My BioSlider II has disabled my ability to change my password, use my task manager, or lock my PC
To correct this problem using Windows 2003, Windows XP or Windows Vista:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->2. Type in "regedit" and then click on OK. The Registry Editor appears.<!--[endif]-->
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3. Click on File and select Export... <!--[endif]-->
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4. Select a location to save the file and enter a filename. Make sure All is selected in Export range at the bottom. Click on the Save button. This will create a backup of your registry in case any issues arise.<!--[endif]-->
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5. In the Registry Editor, browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System<!--[endif]-->
<!--[if !supportLists]-->6. Double click on the following properties and make sure that Value data is set to 0.<!--[endif]-->
- <!--[if !supportLists]-->DisableChangePassword<!--[endif]-->
- <!--[if !supportLists]--> DisableLockWorkstation<!--[endif]-->
- DisableTaskMgr

<!--[if !supportLists]-->7. Go to http://support.kanguru.com/index.php?action=file_library&folder=16 and download the updater for your Bio Slider II. <!--[endif]-->
This updater will install the latest firmware version to your device and disable the screen lock function. The screen lock function is no longer supported by Kanguru Solutions at this time.
