KanguruMicro Drive AES is giving me a "Please plug in MicroDrive" even when the drive is plugged in.
Please download and run the Key Check Tool with your drive plugged in.
If there are two programs listed with "Programs" then format your drive, re-install KanguruLock. You can download KanguruLock here.
If there is only 1 program listed under "Software" then there may be something wrong with your drive. Please contact Kanguru Technical Support 508-376-4245.
