Accessing the duplicator's internal hard drive

When trying to access the DVD Duplicator's internal hard drive through a computer, the computer does not recognize the hard drive's file system

Not being able to access the DVD Duplicator's internal hard drive through a PC can be caused by several issues. Please check the following:

• Make sure that the USB Connect option found under the DVD Duplicator's main menu is set to On.
• Make sure that you have Kanguru Media Manager installed.
• The Kanguru Media Manager install files can be found on the Driver and Manual CD provided with your duplicator. If your DVD Duplicator did not come with a Driver and Manual CD, you can download Media Manager from our file library here: https://kanguru.zendesk.com/entries/21543357-media-manager-software

If you are running a 64-bit version of Window operating system, please make sure that you have the latest version of Kanguru Media Manager installed. Some older versions of Media Manager before v.1.4 may not be compatible with 64-bit operating systems.
