Like the Kanguru Media Manager, the CopyConnect software needs to be installed on your Mac in order for it to recognize the Kanguru Duplicator’s hard drive through the USB connection.
The Kanguru Duplicator’s internal hard drive is formatted using a proprietary file system that is not recognized by your Apple computer. Once you have installed the CopyConnect software on your Mac, your Mac will be able to recognize the file system and you will be able to access the Duplicator’s internal hard drive, allowing you to copy or save files directly from your computer to your Duplicator through the USB connection.
The latest version of CopyConnect can be found by clicking here.
