Hard Drive Tower Duplicator - Setup Menu - CMD Timeout

CMD TIMEOUT allows you to set the number of commands the duplicator will send to a non-responsive drive. If the duplicator experiences any issues when attempting to communicate with an attached drive, the duplicator can send 1 to 9 unreturned ATA commands to the drive before it errors out.

To change the CMD Time Out:

1. Power on the duplicator.
2. From the Main Copy Menu press the Up or Down buttons until you see Setup.
3. When Setup is displaying for you, press the ENT button to enter this menu.
4. You will be able to access the Setup menu and from here you can use the Up or Down buttons to switch menu options.
5. After locating CMD Time Out, press the ENT button to enter this option.
6. Press the Up or Down buttons to change the CMD Time Out rate.
7. After locating the CMD Time Out rate that you are looking to use, press the ENT button to save the setting.
8. Press the ESC button and you will be brought back to the Setup menu.
9. To proceed back to the Main Menu, press the ESC button.
