KRMC Hosted Premium accounts have the ability to utilize the AD Integration Device Disable feature. AD Integration syncs disabled users with Defender drives based on email address. If a user in Active Directory is disabled, any drive that matches their email address will have a Disable action automatically created for it. There are two options:
- Create Disable Device Action
- Create Disable Device and Reset For New User Action
