KRMC Hosted - Admin Management Page - Groups - Group Action

Group Action will send an action to all drives within the group. The actions available to the Regular Administrator (RA) is dependent on their permissions as defined under Edit Admin Permissions. For a full list and description of actions available, please refer to Remote Action List.

The default fields that will be available for you are as follow:

Select Action	This allows you to select the action that you are trying to send to all devices within this group. Note: Depending on the action selected, the fields below may change.
Message	A message is something that is displayed to the end user once the actions is received by the device.
Notes	This is an internal note about the action. This is not displayed to the end user.
Run this action on specific date and time	By default, a new action is scheduled to execute the next time the device is seen by the KRMC Hosted server. If you want to delay the action until later, you can select Run this action on specific date and time and set a future date and time when the action can be executed.  Note: A scheduled action may not occur at the exact date and time set here. The action will be executed the next time the device communicates with KRMC Hosted after the scheduled date and time.
Create	This creates the action based on the options selected above.
Cancel	The actions creation is canceled.
