Duplicating HDD's with Windows 7 installed

How do I successfully duplicate a drive with Windows 7 installed? The duplication process completes without any errors but when the duplicate drive is installed into a computer, the computer does not boot into Windows 7.

If Windows 7 was installed on a hard drive that was not formatted and partitioned prior to installation, then the Windows 7 installer automatically created a 100MB-200MB hidden system partition during the installation process.

The KanguruClone Hard Drive Duplicator will not recognize the hidden system partition unless the HPA Check option is enabled. This option can be found under the Advanced Setup Menu on models KCLONE-5HD-SATA and KCLONE-14HD-SATA, or under Configuration on models KCLONE-4HD-SATA and KCLONE-12HD-SATA. Please refer to your user documentation for more information about enabling HPA Check on you machine.

Note: You can prevent the Windows 7 installer from creating the hidden system partition by installing the operating system to a drive that has already been formatted and partitioned prior to installation
