My KanguruClone HD is returning a "S MAX" error message.
The KanguruClone HD will return a "S MAX" error when the HDD is reporting the wrong capacity to the controller. This usually only occurs on older units. Either there is something wrong with the hard drive, or a firmware upgrade will need to be performed on your HDD Clone Machine.
