Return for Refund Policy for Software

0-30 Days: Kanguru Solutions offers a 30 day money back policy on UNOPENED software titles only!  All return for refund requests must be submitted through the company that sold the item, whether it was direct from Kanguru or through one of Kanguru’s authorized resellers. All software returns must be in unopened, original packaging and accompanied by an RMA number and copy of receipt or packing slip. No money is returned or credited until the product is received by either Kanguru Solutions or the authorized reseller that the item was originally purchased from. All shipping costs incurred from a return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting Kanguru Solutions or the authorized reseller that the item was originally purchased from. RMA numbers expire after 14 days.

Beyond 30 Days: Kanguru Solutions DOES NOT offer money back once the initial 30 day period has expired. All returns beyond 30 days are governed by the standard warranty policy.
