Kanguru Solutions guarantees that products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This product carries a 1 year limited* warranty on the enclosure, controller and all internal components

* If a customer wants to receive RMA service after the warranty expires, they must contact Kanguru Solutions and obtain an RMA#. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping to and from Kanguru Solutions’ service facility located in Millis, Massachusetts in the US, a $10 service fee as well as the cost of any parts replaced.
