A customer who has obtained an RMA# from Kanguru can send their defective unit to Kanguru Solutions’ service center for repairs or replacement as required. For RMA repair/replacement scenarios, Kanguru pays for shipping both ways by UPS Ground (US) or UPS Standard (Canada) within 30 days of order. After 30 days, but within the warranty period, Kanguru pays for return shipping back to the customer by UPS Ground (US) or UPS Standard (Canada). After the warranty period the customer pays for shipping both ways.

Kanguru Solutions may support shipping on customer accounts, or other methods, depending on the situation. Kanguru reserves the right to facilitate exchanges and logistics through its distribution and reseller network to streamline processes.
