If the product proves defective during this warranty period, the customer must contact the distributor for their region in order to obtain an RMA#. A customer who has obtained an RMA# can send their defective unit back to the distributor for their region, who will then exchange the defective unit with one from stock.
If there is no authorized distributor in the customer’s country, the customer should contact Kanguru Solutions for instructions as to whether an alternate distributor can be appointed or if their defective product must be returned to Kanguru Solutions’ service facility located in Millis, Massachusetts in the US.
