When attempting to run the Run.exe application, the scan fingerprint interface does not display. Instead I receive a Runtime error message
This Runtime error is being caused because the BioDrive has not been assigned a drive letter.
To assign the BioDrive a drive letter:
- Right click on My Computer and click on Manage.
- Click on Disk Management.
- Right click on the BioDrive and select Change Drive Letter and Paths...
- Click on Add
- Select Assign the following drive letter and then select a drive letter from the drop down menu.
- Click on OK.
Your BioDrive has now been assigned a drive letter. Try running the Run.exe application again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Kanguru Technical Support at 508-376-42425.
