When viewing KRMC through Internet Explorer, the user interface appears skewed and objects are misaligned.
If your are receiving a skewed image when viewing the KRMC overview page when using Internet Explorer, there are two things you must do to resolve this:
- Make sure that you have the latest version of KRMC. To determine whether you have the latest version, within KRMC navigate to Support -> Kanguru Tech Support. Your version number will be displayed on this page where it says "Your KRMC Version". Compare your version of KRMC with the latest version posted on Kanguru's support site: support.kanguru.com . If you do not have the latest version of KRMC then you will need to update it. The update files can be found here: https://kanguru.zendesk.com/forums/20799318-KRMC-Enterprise
- Once you have confirmed that you are running the latest version of KRMC, make sure that Internet Explorer is updated to the latest version. Once you have the most up-to-date version of Internet Explorer, turn off compatibility mode within Internet Explorer by pressing Alt + T to open the Tools menu and then selecting Compatibility View settings. Uncheck the box for "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" and then click on Close.
Refresh the KRMC page and you should now see it being displayed correctly.
