KRMC pages are appearing blank or not loading properly
If some or all of KRMC's pages are appearing blank or not loading properly, then the cache needs to be cleared.
To clear the cache, open a command prompt window and enter the following command lines:
> cd inetpub\wwwroot\krmc\mtool <hit Enter>
> php symfony cc <hit Enter>
Once the process is complete, close the command window and try to access the KRMC page again.
For KRMC version 5.x, you can clear the cache by deleting the contents of the following directory.
All files/folders within the "cahce" directory can be deleted. Do not delete the "Cache" directory.
