I receive an error message whenever I try to import a file into KRMC
Note: This article applies to errors that occur while attempting to import license (.xls), Kanguru Resource Management (.krm), or client upgrade (.exe) files into KRMC.
If you are unable to import your file into KRMC, check the permissions of the 'uploads' folder.
To check the 'uploads' folder's permission:
Navigate to: X:\Inetpub\wwwroot\KRMC\mtool\web\' The 'uploads' folder should have write permissions for the Internet Guest Account User (example: SERVER\IUSR_SERVER).
If necessary, make the appropriate changes to this directory and then try to upload the file again.
