When I connect my USB device to a computer, it is not connecting to the KRMC server.
This could be caused by either an invalid license or an improperly configured device. To fix this error:
- Make sure that a valid license has been assigned to the device. Without a license, the device is not recognized by the server.
- Make sure the device was configured with the proper network connection settings using KDAdmin. The network address has to be entered IP:Port (e.g. 192.168.1.234:443).
